Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Healthcare , Technology and Consumer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 added 0.04%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST: KINVb ), which rose 3.44% or 2.60 points to trade at 76.90 at the close. Meanwhile, AB SKF B (ST: SKFb ) added 1.96% or 3.70 points to end at 189.70 and Sinch AB (ST: SINCH ) was up 1.80% or 0.40 points to 22.61 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST: SBBb ), which fell 1.87% or 0.07 points to trade at 3.84 at the close. Hexagon AB ser. B (ST: HEXAb ) declined 1.18% or 1.10 points to end at 92.30 and Svenska Cellulosa SCA AB B (ST: SCAb ) was down 1.18% or 1.50 points to 126.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 392 to 369 and 65 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 1.90% or 1.20 to $61.82 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.96% or 1.29 to hit $64.51 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.44% or 47.59 to trade at $3,345.99 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.23% to 10.96, while USD/SEK fell 0.52% to 9.61.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.29% at 98.97.
